SUPERGLIDE INSULATED ROLLER SHUTTERS
Our own Superglide roller shutter doors have been manufactured by us since 1999. In this time we have dedicated time and money into research and development of this door that has resulted in the door we produce today being one of the safest and most secure on the market.
CURTAIN
The main feature of the door is the aluminium 77 mm foam filled lath curtain. Each slat interlocks together to form the curtain that is insulated due to the foam infill and rolls into 305 mm square due to the profile.
The curtains come as standard in: White, Brown, Racing Green, Red, Midnight Blue, Blue, Black, Old English Cream, Grey and Yellow.
They are available in six specialist woodgrain foil finishes: Mahogany, Light Oak, Dark Oak, Douglas Fir, Oregon Pine and Mungo Pine.
If you have an existing colour you need to match we can stove enamel powder coated the curtain and guides in any RAL or British standard colour.

BARREL
We use a counterbalance spring assembly in each barrel to ensure a smooth operation, this also acts as an anti fall down device to protect against uncontrolled fall of the curtain.
CONTROL SYSTEM
We use the PDT Rolletec control panel complete with safe edge across the bottom of the door. If the door is brought down on anything it stops instantly and goes back up. More information on the control panel can be seen at www.pdtechnology.co.uk

GLIDEROL ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS
If you want an un insulated roller shutter door we supply the Gliderol range of doors. The Gliderol door has a plastisol coated steel curtain that is extremely robust. All Gliderol doors come with a 10 year guarantee and are great value for money. They come in electric or manual versions and are easy to use due to the well balanced springing of the door. They are suitable for self fitting with basic DIY knowledge or can be fitted by our Engineers. For prices on the Gliderol door please contact the office.
